Fig.1 Strap muscles, inferior constrictor & suprahyoid muscles were divided. Trachea is seperated from oesophagus. Now, the larynx is attached to pharynx at vallecula, pyriform sinus and post cricoid area. Interrupted line – direction of stapling.
