Fig.6 Reconstruction plate was preplated before resecting the palate. Fibula microvascular flap eas raised. Fibular bone was cut without compromising the vascularity and the alveolar arch is created and fixed to the plate.
Fig.7 Plate was fixed to the zygoma.
Fig.8 Palate was lined with the skin paddle came with the fibula flap. Dental implants were inserted one year later.
